You cannot filibuster in the U.S. House of Representatives.
But it's good to know that there's at least one Democrat who will try to do it anyways.

2. Actually you can't filibuster in the US Senate either

The word filibuster does not appear in either the Constitution or the US Senate Rules.

The filibuster actually refers to the set of circumstances that would occur if a Senator theoretically stood at the base of the Senate well and never gave up speaking.

In fact cloture is not, strictly speaking, ending debate either.

Cloture simply puts in the process to begin ending debate.
