Do you currently get health insurance from whatever your employer offers? Then probably no.
Those of us who are small businesses or self-employed will be able to use the exchange and 'pool' with others. So will the uninsured. I believe the Senate bill sets up an exchange for each state rather than the original House version of a national exchange. The Senate version (which is what we appear headed for) will be must less effective than the House version because there are many loopholes and leaves a lot of discretion to the states.
