I don't do Facebook, although I know plenty of people who do. I'm pretty sure my e-mail address isn't listed in the address book of anyone who matters to me; I've already told them that they're wasting their time if they try to contact me through that portal of time suckage. I don't want it, I don't need it, and I will send any communication via Facebook straight to the trash.

Reading about family and friends daily is important to me, and Facebook does that.
Being networked today is our best defense against complete media control.
And I love it that friends post links to great stuff from diverse perspectives.

emailed spam to my contacts list. I figured it was likely facebook, so I severed the link between facebook and my email & changed my password.
