3. So, why are the Republicans running around whining?
After all, if the will of the people is for health care reform, why do the Republicans keep saying that it isn't? Okay, I know the answer to that one. The larger question is, why do the major news outlets just let the Republicans grandstand with a patent lie and not say that it's a lie? I guess I know the answer to that one, too. Darn you, librul media!

Oddly enough, there were several letters today in the Oregonian newspaper about the new legislation. Just about everyone perceived that the bar to bipartisanship was the GOP, not the Obama administration, and not congressional Democrats. Further, just about every writer correctly noted that the GOP was offered chance after chance to participate in the process, but refused each and every time. The good news, if there is some, is that people are reaching these conclusions about the process all on their own, disregarding the favored narrative of the Mighty Republican Wurlitzer and the Media Echo Chamber.

4. wow!
When I first took that poll, the results were 85% saying "no." Now the yeses are ahead by 3%.

Also notice how every choice has something negative attached to it... *Sigh* Fox News.
