4. I would target each republican senator and representative with their own words

Every one who has contradicted themselves (e.g. on filibusters, on war, on bailouts, on anything) in public should be put into targeted ads and hammered home in each and every district we can afford. They gave us all that rope so be better be using it.

Then follow those up with your ad. "A party in disarray" "Which end is up?" "Who can lead?" etc. You could pitch them as more than just the party of no, but a scared confused, and self-contradictory party with no leadership and integrity.
