C-span ... Dems trying to waive rules re U/E Extension Benefits ...

Also, if anyone can catch it later, slightly more interesting Economic

Hearing -- Harkin? -- with more logical and clearer Q&A from Reps and Bernanke --

IMO, slightly promising as to their pushing him a bit more -- very politely.

While Ron Paul pushed on the Fed itself -- entire questions of Fed --

and I don't like him, but I'm certainly in favor of the issue he's raising with the Fed.

Let's get back to having Treasury print out money -- if it's a meaningless difference,

then there's no difference!

Oh, yeah -- and interview outside WH where leaders met with Obama --

Repugs came out sounding like Democrats -- McConnell/Boehner -- "Americans want jobs!"

but, under it . . . Obama isn't helping corporations create them!

Evidently they're being naysayers again on reregulating Wall Street leaving us open to

another Merry-go-Round of "too big to fail banks, etal" -- while claiming just the reverse.

Pelosi/Reid/Hoyer made much of this clear --

Also -- Repugs continue to hold up a huge number of appointees!! And Dems, IMO, are making

too little fuss about this!

And where have Dems ever been in holding up Repug appointees? No where!

Figures on appointees now are Bush had 100 approved in his first year --

Obama has gotten 18 Court appointees approved!!!

18 -- !!!

1. I believe that waiving of rules is a common procedure.
