Yanno .... all this media blather about the repubs taking us to the cleaners in the Fall .... |
|
.... how about this? How about the teabaggers splitting the repubican vote in some districts? Or how about they defeat a viable repubican in the primary and run some kook? I can see them helping us.

1. I'd agree, except the Tea baggers' current impact |
|
would not darken a small glass of hot water. Their numbers are now being known, and frankly, a pig auction in central Illinois would attract more people.

2. I was pretty close on my predictions in the last race. I used one simple |
|
notion - if the mainstream media is pushing for it, then the opposite must be happening.

3. I think if the Prez can take a little time off from saving the country.... |
|
and the free world, we might do alright. He is the Heather Locklear of politics. if he shows up he saves the show.

4. I don't think it's the repubs you should worry about. |
|
It's those on the left under the bus whose votes will be missed.

5. I am PROUDLY under the bus. But I *am* voting. And not for repubs. |
|
In my district I have two choices - Democrat or Repubican. I am the embodiment of "who else can they vote for?" I can not even imagine not voting.

6. I can't imagine not voting, either. |

My senator up for re-election is pretty good; I'll probably vote for him. My house rep? I've never voted for him, never will, and so far, NO ONE is running against him, from any party.
We'll have a governor on the ballot. I'm looking forward to the primaries, and I'll see what falls out in the general.
Other state offices? It depends on who is on the ballot. Nobody is looking beyond the primaries at this point.
I always vote, I don't vote R, and I vote D when they've earned it.
