Gas cans in back of car.

5. Con Ed building Union Square?
Maybe the Con Ed plant on E 14th? There is a Con Ed office building just east of Union Sq. Why would that be a target?

I'm pretty sure that the scroll said "near Con Ed bldg". I am not familiar with that area.
