probably not someone worth listening to anyway. They seem to forget that they, too, once had a post count if "1".

By the same token, having a high post count shouldn't carry any more weight, either. When I see someone has a post count of 45,000, I don't think, "Wow, now that deserves extra attention because of his post count"...I think, "Doesn't he have a job?"

The best advice I got about being a part of this place was to keep a thick skin handy. I much prefer you feel free to say whatever is on your mind without feeling disregarded, but I'm not everybody. The important part is neither is whoever brought you to the frustrated place I sense you are.
