So Halter and Morrison are 'progressives' who are to the left of Lincoln?
So in the run off, the 13% of progressives who voted for Morrison are going to vote for Halter?
One less 'Blue-Dog DINO' and one more progressive to help pass progressive ideas?

Probably. They voted against Blanche WalMart already. Obviously they wanted someone else in office. They had two other choices. Now they only have one other choice. Logically, Halter is going to pick up those votes. There may be some rare exceptions, if there's someone who hates both Lincoln AND Halter, but if that's the case they'll probably stay home and ignore the runoff altogether.
