I choose to never be either of those especially if effecting other people, although people can do what they want in agreement, if it effects society then it should not be done. I wont dominate people, and wont be dominated.

I think that is a better way. But your point is true, some people need to feel powerful to have self esteem, not sure about the submissive thing, except maybe the comfort of not having to think or make decisions. That would explain some of the bondage stuff also.

Ahh, that also explains how big the Bad Freddy Kruger being defeated was, shown in that one video, just figured that out, I was not thinking of it as that broad of a meaning, that was a big take down, wow, I was thinking of it with less ideology, thinking now it probably got real deep in the bad source on that take down. Big defeat for bad there for sure. Odd I didn't see that then, wonder why that was. Have to think on that, maybe was a multi tasking thing. Ah that is it, it was a multi faceted Freddy, of coarse the pain hurting thing cause hurt many ways, that makes sense. That was a huge good thing taking down that thing. That makes so much sense now. Glad something got rid of that thing, that should help society.

But anyway, interesting topic there, what if you divided society into those categories, could you find commonalities in ideologies? Always knew they wanted to dominate, but did not get to point of thinking it was tied in with domination ideology, must have had a blind spot on that depth from that side.

Do the authoritarians have a feeling like they need to dominate? And they do it without agreement many times, making them in a how would it feel if someone did that to you, in a rules applied back fashion.

Very interesting thought, going to think on that, that is like a whole new concept of how people could be acting and the depth of the issue.

Many people like having strong character figures, parental figures, the adult child relation from transactional analysis speaks about that.

Hmm, interesting, if you knock someone and they go into child, then they will expect parent, and then if you do not go parent on them they bounce back to parent trying to dominate, they can not find adult role when discussing areas about serious social subjects. Much things to think about on that.

Note, not talking unconditional love and innocents of child, different meaning in that child metaphor related to parent child in forms of who has authority, most child comments I speak about are not about who has authority, but openness to learning and loving.

But there are many meanings to that, soldier / servant should not be about dominance submission, that has no respect, it should be more about protector and provider.

Those that see it as domination and submissive in my view are not in the best place, since many of the concepts within that metaphor can have dignity and respect. The comment is also not about the sex stuff, more about the concepts of how people treat others in society.

(It is also only a comment on people that do so without respect of other people, if someone dominates people that do not want to be dominated that is where the problem occurs, or if they try to make people trained to be dominated.)
