The DLC moderate pragmatic wing of the DEM party loves to ride the coattails of liberals!
Liberal activists came out to vote in a primary and beat out a DINO. But liberals are told it's really a masterful game of 3Dcubed chess being played on Pluto by Obama! Obama really wanted Sestak to win! Yeah, right!

It's truly unbelievable and has me LMAO!

1. I know. The DLC are such losers we should start charging them for dragging their
dead weight around with us.

2. Was thinkin just now: DLC treating liberals/progressives in the party like GOP fucked religious righ
They love the passion and hard work for elections, but once that has been exploited, there seems to be much dancing with others besides the ones who got 'em to the dance in the first place.

I laughed when I saw the GOP doin it to the far far right. Now that the DEMs seem to have been doing it to the barely left liberals, not so funny. That DINOs seem to be going down, I am a hopeful campaign worker again.

4. Last night was a shot across thier bow
from the fucking retarded section.

I doubt Rahm has the sense to understand what we said, but hopefully Obama will ignore him and listen to us.

6. I like to joke that I have a mind like a steel sieve,
but that one stuck with me.

Actually, someone else had an OP with a title I want on a t-shirt:

Rahm, can you hear us now?

7. The FACT is...
Obama and the White House promised Specter that he would campaign for him since Specter voted for hcr. Specter voted for it, the WH kept its promise. Sestak won, and CONGRATULATIONS to him because the best person really did win. Here's hoping that Sestak wins the election and turns out to be as liberal as we're hoping.

8. He may not be as liberal as I like, but sometimes a message sent is worth more.
please don't overlook that point.

Joe Biden said he was the Democrats choice. Well, woopsie daisy, not so.

When things start to look bad, Obama hides. Won't put his neck out on the line.

If it was close and Obama thought Specter could win, he would have been all over Pennsylvania campaigning for Specter.

Specter was his guy, he didn't campaign for Sestak and he made robocalls (on the sly) for Specter.

9. So you were in on the meeting?
I'm wondering where this story line comes from? Because the White House went WAY beyond anything they had to do for Specter. Specter is Biden's friend. Biden had been "courting" Specter for years. Specter's only hope was that he could win the democratic primary. How the heck does any of that equate to Obama wanting anything but Specter to win? Don't think for a moment that they aren't unhappy at the White House today. Rahm did NOT want Sestak.

10. Y'all weren't in on any meetings, either. I think "WAY beyond"...
is stretching it a bit, but whatever. Sounds like to me Biden wanted Sestak to win, moreso than Obama. If you want to see it your way, then go right ahead, but others will see it as it really is.

11. And what makes you think Biden supported Sestak
I'm curious where this "sound" is coming from that says that Biden supported Sestak, over his friend Specter. You know Specter, the guy Biden not only campaigned for, but raised money for?

I'm not seeing it "my way". I'm just seeing what was actually done.

12. Biden recruited Arlen. They are old friends.
The WH backed Arlen until about 5 PM yesterday, when they began stabbing him in the back through "anonymous" sources.

It was three-dimensional mendacity, perhaps, but hardly 3-D chess.

The pragmatists on DU have supported Sestak and Halter.

But of course, you wouldn't notice.
