Pak troops violate ceasefire; heavy exchange of fire in Poonch
In yet another ceasefire violation, Pakistan troops on Sunday opened heavy fire on six Indian posts along the LoC in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir, the fifth incident of this month.

“Pakistan troops opened indiscriminate and heavy fire on 5-6 Indian Posts along the Line of Control in Krishnagati sub-sector, 210 km from here, at around 09:05 hours,” Brigadier General Staff (BGS), 16 Corps, Brig. Gurdeep Singh told PTI.

Indian troops retaliated resulting in heavy exchanges till 11:30 hours, he said, adding that there was no causality on this side.

“It is a ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops”, Brig. Singh said, adding that firing from Pakistani side is continuing intermittently.

Pakistani troops targeted Forward Defence Locations (FDLs) of Kranti, Chajja One, Gorda, Kripan, Balnoie and Mankote in Krishnagati sub-sector. They also used medium machines guns and fired mortars on Indian positions, defence sources said.

This is the fifth incident of ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops in Jammu and Kashmir this month.

1. I'd say your source is a bit biased on this.
Pakistani media is probably claiming the Indians violated the ceasefire.

ISLAMABAD: A Pakistani soldier was killed on Sunday in firing allegedly by Indian troops at the border between the South Asian rivals in disputed Kashmir, the military said.

“A Pakistan army soldier embraced shahadat (martyrdom) due to unprovoked firing by Indians ... at Battal sector in Rawlakot,” it said in a statement.

“Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with Indians and demanded an immediate flag meeting, however intermittent firing is continuing at Battal sector,” it added.
