Nikki Haley and Will Folks - "Where the boy's are?"
I abhor Haley, Sanford, DeMint and all of their ilk, and would vote for the proverbial yellow dog.

I want to see what Haley has to say and listen for other pennies, shoes, or whatever to drop.

This is a 50-50 possibility for me right now.
50% for:
Folks has proved credible before.
Sanford did, and he was one I NEVER would have thought of as having an affair much less a soul. WRONG.

50% against-
Folks has been off the mark.
He resigned from the is office as Sanford's spokesman after he was accused of domestic abuse. He plead guilty later. I am not sure he has forgiven that group for not defending him in some way. What way, I don't know.
This revelation comes right after Haley was shown to be the leader in a poll of GOP gubernatorial candidates.

This will blow the race up one way or the other.
If it is true, down goes Haley.
If it isn't and they connect the people behind this to the other candidates, then it may rouse a vote for her in a backlash. It could anyway. Who the hell knows?

stay tuned....

Oh, and I'll bet this gets more coverage than it deserves compared to the Gulf disaster. What oil spill? *sigh*

1. You're right, it's probably push the oil gusher coverage aside.
Fuck South Carolina's soap-opera politics!

2. Nikki Haley has returned fire:

A political blogger claimed Monday that he had an affair several years ago with a married Republican vying to become the state's first female governor.

The candidate, Rep. Nikki Haley, vehemently denied the allegation, made in a post on blogger Will Folks' website that contained no proof of a relationship. Haley called the claim a "disgraceful smear" planted to derail her campaign, which has gained steam from high-powered endorsements, including one from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

"I have been 100 percent faithful to my husband throughout our 13 years of marriage. This claim against me is categorically and totally false," Haley, a 38-year-old mother of two, said in a statement. "It is quite simply South Carolina politics at its worst."

The balls in your court Will Folks.
And they think the French Open is interesting....
