Relief wells should be underway next to every single deep water |

drilling rig out there today. They should not be allowed to dig just one hole in the ground. It should be a regular precautionary practice.

lifting this requirement. Not certain what their position is now, but I'm sure that there will be pressure to leave it the way it is.
