Everybody calls to complain about things (me included) but how many people call with compliments?

Please call and compliment Judge Tepper. I am sure she is under intense pressure for daring to see through Wall Street's smokescreen and make this ruling.

The bottom line is: homeowners should not "get a house for free". It is incumbent on us to make sure "lenders" don't either.

Spend five minutes of your time to thank Judge Tepper for standing up for what is right.

Courtesy of Wells Fargo. Somehow, $100,000 in payments on a $73,000 loan failed to constitute an equitable stake and it still stings. I'll keep the site handy to refer folks to.

4. Narf! Another quality foreclosure from Marshall Watson's office.

That language in the Dismissal in regards to the difference between MERS and the "lender" being secured is just brilliant. Mr. Coats, Jr has done a fine job with this one.
