I'll be heading down to The Wall this weekend.
There's a name on that wall. It's the name of one of the bravest men I ever knew. He ate an AK round during Lam Son 719. He was gay. I was in the adjacent fighting hole at the time.

I just need to make sure that he knows.

8. Dad was 101st. He calls it "puking Buzzards." He was a Warrant Officer
and flew helicopters. He served two tours in '68 '69.
