Galveston, TX – The companies involved in the April 20, 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion and subsequent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico saw another negligence lawsuit filed against them on Thursday, May 13, 2010, as reported by click2houston.com.

The suit was filed in Galveston County court on behalf of dozens of survivors and families of victims of the blast and claims BP, Transocean, Halliburton and others were negligent.

1. too bad assclowns like the CEO and Cheney can't be personally sued.
Oh well, I guess we can take small comfort in knowing that their stock dividends will be lower than the usual gynormous this year. :(
