This BP Disaster is a crowning testament to the failure of American Go-it-Alone-ism
At exactly the time when we needed teamwork and cooperation, no one... and I mean NO ONE stepped up to the plate.

When offered help at very crucial moments, everyone "in charge" from top to bottom dropped the ball.

Just when we needed to chuck all of that John Wayne rugged individualism shit and work together, everybody went cowboy.

No wonder why we are in such a mess with so many things today...

America would rather be a stubborn asshole.
