Other Senate DLC(and House) Dems are watching this race closely.

A defeat of one of their own could cause at least some of them to change their views on major policy issues.

Reg/Dereg.

Tax fairness.

Todays primary may very well be one of our party's most important election dates in quite some time.

Voters in Arkansas are voting for the soul of the Dem party.

there are several other primaries and run-offs today which cry ouf tof democratic support, even going against the Democratic Party machine.

7. I thought they were voting for a representative who could win in the general

if its only a soul win or lose than it doesn't effect Arkansan's much I guess since the person may never hold office.
