1. I had no idea there were so many. I look at the half dozen or so off the coast
of Santa Barbara and think that's a fair number, lol........

5. Note that Florida offshore is not developed, they've been trying...
I mention this to suggest that action in opposition to offshore development is not exclusively a federal matter.

We need to apply pressure at all levels, including at the state level.

If one approach doesn't to end this doesn't work, the other might.
