Where are the handcuffs for the real criminals, Hayward and BP?
Edited on Thu Jun-10-10 03:11 PM by fedupinBushcountry

WASHINGTON - JUNE 09: Commercial fisher-woman Diane Wilson of Seadrift, Texas, fights back tears as she is handcuffed by a U.S. Capitol Police officer after interrupting a Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing about the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill by pouring a jar of syrup made to look like oil over herself June 9, 2010 in Washington, DC. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar testified before the committee about the Obama Administration's increased safety regulations of energy exploration on the Outer Continental Shelf in the wake of the ongoing BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. 3. What becomes of the broken-hearted?
It would be a shame to prosecute this woman. But then our leaders have no shame. :-(

4. I'm sure that the BP HR department
is going through a stack of middle-management suck-ups files to see who they can make out to be the fall guy for this whole thing. Sort of like Scooter Libby and Darth Cheney did.

6. Hayward and the corporate liars should be doing the frog march
BP, the government and the corporate media have lied about the amount of oil flowing from the one leak on the live feed, they have failed to reveal that there are two other leaks at the Deepwater Horizon site, as well as two leaks at other sites and have failed to tell people the far-reaching implications of this - which are more than just fouled beaches and dead marine life. Both nuclear and coal-fired power plants rely on Gulf water for cooling, and oil in the intakes could shut them down. Water purification plants that use reverse osmosis to convert seawater into drinking water could also be shut down due to oil in the intakes. The real costs of this will be staggering.
