Sorrowful sandcastle (pic heavy)

On our beach today I found this sand sculpture

You come across it from this side and see this sign:



Around back you can see this pipe burying the figure in oil:



It is the World, and it is cradling something in it's arms:



When you come in close, you can see the whale, the dolphins and the pelicans:


The people that happened upon it were moved.

27. Yes he is.. I hadn't spotten them from up on the boardwalk,

but when I went down on the beach I could tell. There's also a breaching humpback whale there.
