"If you're sensitive to oil, maybe you should stay out of the water" |

On CNN, a spokeswoman for some Alabama beach community uttered that pearl of wisdom:(
And how would one really know if they were "sensitive" to oil?
People are always "wondering" why so many people have canceled their reservations, or are not making them as they have in the past.
Could it just be that people who go there yearly , really LOVE the place, and are more than a little upset at the prospect of seeing it die, right before their eyes?...and how many parents want their little kids to see oil-soaked birds & dead fish?
Not going, will not prevent the death/damage/destruction, but the families who are not going, can at least control what they "might" see, and maybe they do not feel the "patriotic" (Mika B's words)fervor to go all that way just to keep a fish-house in customers.

It's not just the oil that burns, sometimes it's the stupidity as well.
