Racist caller on C-SPAN this morning. Washington Journal.

He was a birther and went on about how it was proven that Obama wasn't born in this country. The host challenged him and he said it was all over FOX News and how it was covered up. He ended by calling Obama the N-word and a piece of sh$t. He was scolded by the host after he hung up.
I disagree with everything he said but I actually applauded. I wish everybody that thinks that way would come right out and say it.
We know it's what they think and what the right-wing racist say among themselves. Up until this morning I had only heard a friends idiot kid say it.

it is all over FOX News, and he trusts FOX News to be telling him the truth while other news outlets are "covering it up."

He's saying the same hateful shit (batshit crazy as it is) as all the dressed up, polite and correct haters like Falwell, Dobson and the rest - he just has the courage to speak it out loud rather than hide behind nicer language to raise more money.

9. Let the Teabaggers express themselves.

The more these bigoted rubes use their filthy potty mouths in the media, the more it reflects badly on the GOP. The host can do all the finger wagging he or she wants. However, what stays in the mind of the viewer is the fact the "saintly, lionized, grass-roots movement" called the Tea Party has members in its midst who are white supremacists and racists.

And no member of the GOP and their Teabag toadies want to be outed in such a public fashion. Instead they will kick and scream tandrum-style enough to convince everyone within a hundred mile radius that they are not racist.

However, this caller helped blow the Teabaggers' charade of not being racist wide open.

I hope more do it so that the public is face to face with the racism of these folks. And I hope that their racial animus continues to shock the public. After all, it is a taste of what people of color deal with every day of their lives from cradle to grave. It doesn't change from generation to generation.

12. It also reminded me of Jesse Helms on Larry King one time.

Helms took some calls and a guy got on and said something like, "I'd like to personally thank you for everything you've done to keep the N-word's down." Helms pretended to be shocked, and went on to say how he would have had his mouth washed out with soap for speaking like that when he was a kid.
Bullshit! That guy was right on the mark. Helms knew what his job was and who his supporters were. Most of them listening knew he had to give his little disclaimer.
