House-Senate Talks Drop New Credit-Rating Rules
By DAVID M. HERSZENHORN
Published: June 15, 2010

WASHINGTON — House and Senate negotiators voted on Tuesday to strip new conflict-of-interest rules for credit rating agencies out of a sweeping overhaul of the nation’s financial regulatory system, leaving in place a process that many analysts say contributed to the proliferation of troubled mortgage-backed securities that were a cause of the 2008 financial crisis.

Their Republic, One Nation, of the Corporation, By the Corporation, and For the Corporation. There is no cap on the endless spew of toxic corruption in Washington.

3. It is not surprising when
people actually pay in droves to watch a compendium of channels and shows spawned by corporate media in order to manufacture a deceptive and naive consensus reality that manufactures consent while it also provides convenient and compelling distractions from what is most crucial and vital to our own best interests.

How can one so easily forget that Glen Beck is no loosing his mind, he is an actor out on loan making good money for a show that his masters approve of? How can people look at Rush Limbaugh, (and the rest of his ilk) or listen to him and really think that he is anything more than a modern thespian playing a part condoned by the corporate Ministry of Truth and fulfilling an agenda that is precise and functional? People do NOT get access to corporate media without a careful consent based on a bottom-line value.

Well, that is what happens for the media-bound. It is very easy to think of those fictitious personalities as both real and sincere and even valid and meaningful. Heck, if you thought of the talking heads as actors and didn't buy-in to their contrived debates, (pro or con) then they would simply evaporate for the lack of ratings and cororate mind-screw value.
