Remember "Arthur", the little irresponsible pampered "shit" and this scene with Gielgud?

It's Arthur who comes to mind when I want to yell at Tony BP and ask him just exactly what does he get paid for in order to pretend to know absolutely nothing.

Hell, there are people questioning him who could take over his job, whatever it is, and would do it better.

I'm moderately or is it "modestly" impressed with some of our congress critters today.

Refresh your memory, or go rent the movie

2. Arthur was a portrayal of a lovable drunk who had a really good heart
Tony would appreciate that comparison very much.

4. You're right, and it gave me a bit of pause in posting this,
but the similarity in the accent and the utter irresponsibility won out.

The first time I saw it, the laughter in the theater was so loud I heard only half of the jokes!
