How many cities cars could have been powered by the spill so far?
Another 'measure' from the Univ of DE of just how much has spilled so far with calcs from one of the Profs. in the College of Earth, Ocean and the Environment. The spin of "lost transportation energy" comes from his specific field, but it's a way that may be more 'visible' to some people.
