Then they'll do business in countries that allow them to what they do.
This seems to be the latest Republican rallying cry.

Don't you know, the big international corporations are too big to be held accountable for failure?

They do business wherever slavery is legal now. That's why the US prefers dictatorships run by Washington to real democracy. Democracy is messy; the little people tend to want something real from democracy.

Presumably other countries are ok then with the comnplicity of the US government.
Start off with Guatemala 1954 to protect United Fruit's banana plantations and then move forward to Chile 1973 for the sake of ITT's copper supplies and so onto Indonesia and Freeport's mining right there etc etc etc.
Its not just the corporations : its your own government.
