President Obama has just entered the room and we will broadcast this live to your living room.

"Thank you all for coming today. I know you are all wondering what happened in my meeting with General McChrystal this morning."

"I am here before you to tell you the general and I had a very good talk. He explained to me how I was wrong and how tough his job was with the forces he has to work with. I apologized to him, fully knowing how it is when someone leaves and you have to pick up the pieces of garbage that they left behind for you."

"So with that in mind, I am going to give him more troops. It will not be all the troops he has asked for but it will be a start. I have decided the only way to give him more troops is to start the draft again. Not a full draft, but a very limited and exclusive draft. These new draftees come with the knowledge that they know how to do the job better than anyone. I have some names that clearly can not be overlooked. I will sit down with my military advisers and add to this list. Anyone else can submit names to it if they wish and we will see if they can not be added also."

"The names that I announce today will have 24 hours to report to any army base to start being processed. They will be an elite fighting force for they have in the past told everyone that God is on their side. Not sure which God they speak of, but one God is just as good as another in my book. They will start out as privates and corporals. They can decide among themselves the rank"

"I know there are many more names that could be added to this list, but have to start somewhere. So, feel free to add anyone you wish so we can get this war done and bring the oil, I mean the troops home."
