4. I actually heard about the dispersant on AC 360 last night. Apparently the

EPA told them to reduce the amount they were using by 75%, and the person to whom AC was speaking believed they had reduced it by about 68%.

This still doesn't answer the question about when they EPA told BP to use a different one and BP said none was available, what do they use in other countries where this particular one is banned?

The dispersant mess is one of the aspects that gets me the most angry.

7. I heard today tha tif and when a hurricane or gale force winds

come they will leave 5 days before and they may be off site for up to two weeks.
During that time the gusher will be full force and they would plan on
spraying dispersant during that time also
