MUNCIE-- Accompanied by dramatic music, a 30-second television ad produced by Friends of the Earth opens with a photo of a BP offshore oil-drilling rig ablaze in the Gulf of Mexico.
That is followed by images of oily cleanup workers and oily birds washed up dead on the shoreline, followed by a video clip of a beaming Sarah Palin, from the 2008 Republican National Convention, intoning, "The chant is drill, baby, drill."
The ad then plays a recording of GOP conventioneers shouting the chant.
Was U.S. Rep. Mike Pence's voice among the chanters you hear in the ad?
The question makes him laugh. "I sure hope so," he said in an interview on Friday. "I was in the room."
A parody of the Republican chant goes, "Spill, baby, spill."
Is Pence now embarrassed? No. snip

But look at the bottom of the article where he supports drilling off of everyone's shores but his own:
<snip>Pence supports offshore domestic drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean, as well as on-shore drilling in national monuments and the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, though he draws the line at the Great Lakes.
