Oh wow, there's a new Oliver Stone movie.
I have a gig that always makes me a few bucks every time there's a new Stone flick. I sell tinfoil hats outside the theater.

(OK, OK. This post doesn't in any way reflect my actual respect for Oliver Stone.)

3. Yes, it was.
Not only that, but I unloaded my whole inventory of tinfoil hats :tinfoilhat: after the first show.

His film, Talk Radio is outstanding (and somewhat prescient too). A most definite addition to the serious DVD collection.

5. I couldn't bring myself to watch Platoon.
In fact, I haven't seen any of the Vietnam movies.

6. I saw Platoon with my first husband and he was weeping by the end
of the movie. I was sorry we went, really. No extra points for putting yourself through stuff like that for no reason.
