1. Iams is owned by someone else now, isn't it? |
|
I can't remember who, but they were acquired by a larger company in the 1990s, who obviously trade off the good will associated with the Iams name.

I used Iams until the were bought out. I had switched to Nutro, but found that they are part of Menu Foods, and with their testing of the tainted food on animals, I have left them too.
I am now one Blue Buffalo for my 15 year old Cocker Spaniel. No issues so far.

3. I found this when I was looking at |
|
the web sites when the recall first started. My little girl used to use the Iams but even though it was never on the list I switched her off because of this. I wrote to them ans told them so already. Thanks for putting this up, I didn't think to do it at the time. And I never did get an answer, maybe they were innundated with emails at that time.

7. Oh my God! That image of the dog cowering at the back of its cage |
|
when the camera was aimed at him will haunt me for a long time.
Please take the time to recommend this thread so others will see it, and take the time to express your anger and disgust over the cruel treatment of these animals.
What in the hell is wrong with people today? There is just no excuse for this!
Please take action!! :(

10. Very disturbing video!!! |
|
Those poor sweet animals. How can people be so cruel? What possible justification could there be to treat animals like that? Disgusting!

I'm shocked and disgusted by their practice on animals. I have been feeding my dog IAMS biscuits... after today I will no longer buy them or any P&G products. I also signed the petition.
