Doublespeak; a corollary of doublethink. I'd say newspeak, but he's not intellectually astute enough to follow all the acronyms.

5. Everything you hear on MSM is wrong
OR suspect, at the least, thanks to this legal precedent from a Fox Affiliate in Florida 5 years ago:

http://ceasespin.org/ceasespin_blog/ceasespin_blogger_files/fox_news_gets_okay_to_misinform_public.html

Taken to it's extreme, this case now means that we have no means to determine if ANYTHING WE SEE ON MSM has any basis in truth or fact!

None!

6. Careful you don't fall into the genetic fallacy yourself..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genetic_fallacy

The genetic fallacy is a fallacy of irrelevance where a conclusion is suggested based solely on something or someone's origin rather than its current meaning or context.

..

"You're not going to wear a wedding ring, are you? Don't you know that the wedding ring originally symbolized ankle chains worn by women to prevent them from running away from their husbands? I would not have thought you would be a party to such a sexist practice." There may be reasons why people may not wish to wear wedding rings, but it would be logically inappropriate for a couple to reject the notion of exchanging wedding rings on the sole grounds of its alleged sexist origins.
