A Wednesday ruling by the National labor Relations Board will see a union election at Connecticut’s Foxwoods Resort Casino. The United Food and Commercial Workers is seeking to represent the 360 member wait staff at the casino. In the ruling Foxwoods must give the union a list of eligible employees in the next seven days. After which a vote could be held. Foxwoods has expressed it plans to appeal the NLRB ruling.
