The United Food and Commercial Workers is seeking to represent the 360 member wait staff at the casino. In the ruling Foxwoods must give the union a list of eligible employees in the next seven days. After which a vote could be held. Foxwoods has expressed it plans to appeal the NLRB ruling.  |
