Of course, it's a horrible thing that happened to his nephew, but you know how that Karma can be such a Bee-Yotch.

2. He wanted to leave when he was locked down after a suicide attempt - security restrained him |

After a suicide attempt - someone is often court ordered restrained in a lock down at a hostpital for psychological evaluation whether he wants to be or not to determine if he is an immediate threat to himself or others. If a prisoner tries to break out of jail - do the guards have a right to restrain him if he fights?

It will be very interesting to see how tasers are regulated now that the family member of a Supreme Court Justice has been abused with one.
