Preparations in the works to steal 2008. .
Now that we know their modus operandi. . .Take a look at this article in NY's Newsday today:

http://www.newsday.com/news/local/longisland/politics/ny-liboe125209700may12,0,3982881.story?coll=ny-lipolitics-headlines

Two agents from the federal Homeland Security investigations office showed up at the Nassau Board of Elections Friday, inquiring the status of subpoenaed immigrant voting records, county sources said.

Rep. Peter King (R-Seaford) said federal agents were investigating allegations a large number of immigrants in Nassau and Suffolk may have voted illegally. The immigrants were said to be legal residents of the United States. "The Eastern District of the U.S. Attorney's office is taking it very seriously and has issued the subpoenas," King said.

King said he didn't know the source of the allegations, but the Nassau district attorney's office had passed the information over to federal prosecutors working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an arm of Homeland Security.

A Nassau source said the individuals whose records were requested in Nassau included voters from all political parties. The bulk were registered three to five years ago. "The names don't appear to follow any pattern," he said, nor do they appear to be the result of a particular voting registration drive. "We're clueless to the rhyme or reason of it," he said.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TEXT EMPHASIZED ABOVE IS IN THE PRINT EDITION, AND NOT THE ONLINE EDITION

The fact that Peter friggen "we count the votes" King is on the Committee that oversees the Dept. of Homeland Security and is one of the most vociferous of bush-bots in Congress does not quell my tingling foil.

I understand that right now, CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) are in the process of rolling out some new software applications that will fully integrate their databases. They expect to have this roll out completed by the end of this year. What used to require many searches through many different databases will now be possible with the flick of a single switch.

I really hope that patriotic people are paying attention.

3. They Will Try
and if they succeed, their cover story is already
being artificially popularized and pushed onto Democrat
voters by the Corporate Media.
When all the spin is in it will come down to the "fact"
that "America just wasn't read for the first _____ President."

5. History lessons and civics classes might reintroduce people
to exactly what a "vote" is and what it ought to be. Too bad NCLB is only testing for English and Math...

6. "Two agents from the federal Homeland Security investigations"
hmmm, seems odd that HS was tasked by someone to do this (King?) ... or should be doing for that matter ... seems a misuse (abuse?) of federal bureaucracy ..... why not send, say, the FBI?

(guess there's a 'state' Homeland Security, too, since the article pointed out it was 'the federal' HS)
