Lethargy
I have it.

I'm tired of fighting, tired of outrage, can barely read the news anymore without just turning away. The last 10 years have felt like a collision course with tons of shit falling down and with just a teaspoon to work with.

I'm 55, and I just don't seem to have any fight left.

1. Take a break, recharge and come back strong.
I've taken breaks a few times over the last ten years. They help.

4. I'm nearly 70 and still fighting in my own small way. You can't remake the world,

but can still do a little, and if lots of us do it turns into a lot. Here is what really pisses me off is some of our leaders we work to get elected fail us as phantom democrats. That, is what gets me down. This is NOT an Obama bash, I'm just talking about those democrats that are really republicans and/or don't have the balls to stand up to the republicans. They are fakes IMO! That, is what gets me down, a lot. I just walk away wondering WTF.

Maybe what you're experiencing isn't lethargy...perhaps you're still in the motivation phase

when the fight starts to wear you down, put it down for a while.
i took a 3 month break from even reading any political news. i recharged and quit feeling
so helpless. when i decided to pick it up again it took about 2 days to catch up.

there's more to life than politics so go relax for a while....all this same shit will be here when you get back.
