1. You assume Cheney will have a funeral |
|
But what church would host a religious ceremony for the son of Satan?

I'll be cutting cables on satellite transponders. The motherfucker left the Chimpocracy with an approval rating of 18%, and those people are proven psychotics. There's no way any extended TV coverage is warranted.
Of course given the fact that a fucking dead piece of shit who owned the WalMart of major league baseball was treated like he cured cancer all day yesterday, it really wouldn't surprise me. :evilfrown:
It's Poppy Bush's death that I'm really dreading. Because you KNOW they will give that bastard far more than he deserves. Complete with free airtime for Jeb, Chimpy, and all the other Hellspawn.

13. You stand on the side of the Cheneys |
|
Because there is no excuse for homophobia, and funerals are NO place for ventilating any opinion. A funeral is a place of grieving and comfort. By standing on the side of Phelps, you would state that some funerals are not sacrosanct, depending on who is in the grave and what your opinion is. - And that is precisely the nonsense that Phelps uses to justify his desacrating protests at the funerals of US servicemen. DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT GO THERE.

14. There is no excuse for torture. And that is what the Cheney's stand for... |
|
and excuse at every turn. Who was there to offer comfort for the tortured? Who was there to offer comfort at their grave? I'd spit on the torturer if I had the chance. I'd spit on their grieving family. I'd spit on all their graves. Fuck them. Fuck them all to hell.

15. While I agree that torture, too, is inexcusable... |
|
Please note that none of the Cheneys ever attended the funeral of one of their victims and protest their despicable position at the grave site. Funerals are sacrosanct. Period.
With any luck, with the Dick gone, there will be one less advocate of torture at large. I don't know if that will bring anyone comfort, though.
(Spit on the graves, if you must, but do it the day after the funeral.)

19. Funerals are more about the families and mourners that the deceased. |
|
I am sure there are people that genuinely loved the leathery old bastard and are entitled to their dignity in paying their respects.
That being said, after the funeral you can visit his gravesite and ehh "air your grievances" with him mono-a-mono.
