Florida delays grading its schools until an audit of the test is complete....Palm Beach Post
Several school superintendents are questioning the validity of the grades. They need to get rid of the process that was started under Jeb Bush.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — State education officials have hired two independent contractors to examine the results of the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test.

The Department of Education said Wednesday it would not set a release date for school grades until the audits were completed. School grades determine if a school receives money from the government and if students can transfer out. They were expected later this month for elementary and middle schools.

Although the department was "confident in the accuracy and reliability" of the results," education officials said it was important to address concerns raised by school districts.
