The RW sure has their talking points and catch phrases. My guess is that all the GOPers on all the Sunday yakfests used the same phrases repeatedly. They distill their message to these phrases.

Then the Dems try to explain. No one has patience to listen to explanations. Dems need their own soundbites. I think this is called message discipline -- the Reps have it, the Dems don't.

Try these:

(Who pays for) tax cuts for the wealthy?

Unregulated banking/financial industry

No employee protections (Massey, BP)

Apologize to BP (for holding them accountable)



BTW, Nicole Wallace said (on "This Week")that the financial industry is the most regulated of all industries. DeeDee Myers corrected her.

2. Quite right, about message discipline. ALWAYS been this way.
One small hope, that t-bagger's lack of discipline messes up Reps historical pattern.

Messaging is important and I'm amazed that Dems still don't get it. Lakoff warned us.
