1. Ahhh, the Bronx. I didn't know this before, but it explains
one reason he's unlike other Fl. congressmen & even much diff. than our other Dems. I WISH we had a lot more like him!

4. He's SMARTER than the other NY congressmen, but I don't know
much about the others raised in the Bronx neighborhood. I googled for that info & only found a fw others and they were all from a very long time ago (30' & 40's) so I have no idea what they were like.

I loved it yesterday when Alan aooeare as a guest on theh Ed Show and Ed asked him is he heard someone wants to punch him in the nose. Alan said "Well I'll tell you Ed, they need to know that I HIT BACK!"

6. Let's put it this way: the district Grayson grew up in is represented...
>>>>> but I don't know
much about the others raised in the Bronx neighborhood. >>>>>>

by Elliot Engel. He's the groucho look-alike who sits in the House chamber for seven hours every year on State of the Union Day so he can get an aisle seat so he can get a 3-second tv shot of himself shaking the president's ( doesn't matter which president; even Bush) hand.

Glad to see Engel's plate is so full. It's not like we have any pressing issues.

Engel actually chastised Grayson a few months back for using the word "holocaust" in reference to something other than the Nazi mass murder of European Jewry.

Oy.

As I said... the party's a hacketeria here .

Or perhaps a "mediocracy"?

Works either way. Grayson's better off in FLA.

2. Anyone know when he left the Bronx and transplanted?
As much as I like him, it's a good thing for the country that he made the move to Fla.

He'd have been marginalized by the party apparatus up here... a sort of hacketeria, if you will... and we never would have heard of him.
