When Chevron bought Texaco nearly two decades ago, they assumed responsibility for an oil disaster in Ecuador's Amazon rainforest so massive it has been dubbed the "Amazon Chernobyl."

Ever since, Chevron has used every dirty public relations and legal trick in the book to avoid cleaning up its mess in the Amazon rainforest. It's absolutely deplorable...and it's also just business as usual for Chevron Corporation.
