3. I Can't Vote For Conrad...
The people of his state do...a very red one. No excuse for his selling out suck up to the big money lobbyists but he's also afraid of being targeted by the GOOP and Teabaggers.

The problem is we have several red state Democrats who are scared shit of the right wing and have been a bigger pain in this administrations ass than the rushpublicans.

While I know many would wish for the Democrats to be the mirror image of the rushpublicans...putting party ahead of country and constituents but in the days of 24/7 Faux Noise and hate radio, those red staters are under constant attack and they have no spines.

4. I would suggest, with all due respect,
That certain legislators are not fit to have the D behind their name when they vote as Republicans the majority of the time.

5. True...But You Deal WIth The Cards You're Dealt...
Welcome to DU

As I had said, the biggest problems Democrats face is within their own house. For someone from a deep blue area its hard to square a Nelson or Blue Dog in voting with the GOOP but that's the pitfalls of being the majority...a "big tent". Point is whose is it to determine who is a Democrat or not? It's the voters...snd in many cases they have the option between a Blud Dog and a teabagger. Why it's important to focus on supporting the current Progressives and liberals in the legislative and work to build their numbers in the purple and red areas.

Cheers...
