I have a question for DU: How have the MILITARY INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS affected the War on Terror??
I think they have protracted this thing so they could bilk the American Taxpayer.

What do you think?

6. The federal gov't passed the 1863 False Claims Act after buying bad tinned beef and sick mules
Now, its bad intel. Nothing has changed in defense contracting - except, contractors rarely get prosecuted, anymore.
