They've only just reconciled, but Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have already hit a serious snag.

The couple are facing claims Johnston's ex-girlfriend may be pregnant with his child.

The 20-year-old hockey enthusiast and Lanesia Garcia, a coffee shop worker, are said to have reunited briefly last year following his split from Bristol.

'Levi insists the baby isn’t his, but no one really knows for sure,' a source is quoted as telling Radar Online. 'Levi is one of three possible fathers.'

Bristol, 19, who has an 18-month-old son Tripp with Levi, is said to be 'heartbroken'.

Levi recently became re-engaged to Bristol, the daughter of the former Republican vice presidential candidate and Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

The couple began to reconcile about three months ago when they were discussing custody arrangements.

Despite the rancour that has accompanied the couple in the past, Bristol said she felt Levi was 'different' after that meeting.

She said: 'He texted me: ''I miss you. I love you. I want to be with you again'' ... I was in shock.'

Palin has said her mother doesn't support the couple's marriage.

The teen couple came under scrutiny during the presidential race, when it was revealed that the then 18-year-old Bristol was pregnant.

I find that picture strangely compelling. In order to access the upper level trailers, one has to pass the door of at least one lower level trailer. Are your comings and goings monitored? If you lived in this little complex, would you care? Most of the trailer doors are open. This is probably a tight-knit community. The ladder on the green-and-white trailer on the left - is that access to a roof-top patio or garden? There is an ornamental windmill on top of the trailer. Is it a nice place to relax in the cool of the evening? The connecting stairs all seem to be in good repair with double handrails. Is there a welder in this group who tends to that?

There are at least three and probably more shipping containers that the trailers are stacked on. Where did they come from? Rented or more likely swiped? Do the owners miss the containers, or have they written off the loss? What about the little greenhouse-looking structure on the container at the lower right? For that matter, what about the deck and stone patio in the right foreground? There are many homey touches that indicate the residents are not only comfortable but proud to live here.

As I said, strangely compelling to me.

Bristol Palin's friends have told RadarOnline.com that she is heartbroken after finding out that her fiance Levi Johnston may have impregnated his ex-girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia. In fact, Bristol may be having second thoughts about going through with the wedding, although a Palin family representative said, "no official decision has been made."

Earlier in the week, the National Enquirer reported that Garcia was pregnant and she and Johnston were together when he was single last year.
