So the NBC/Wall Street Poll shows that |

58% of Americans believe Obama has achieved what they expected and 12% say he has achieved more than they expected. That means 70% of those polled are satisfied with his achievements but Fuckie Todd mentioned earlier today that 29% felt he hadn't achieved what they wanted.

The achieved what you expected number is mostly useless. Lots of people that hate the President fully expected to dislike what he'd do in office and he matched those expectations.
In this poll, Obama's approval rating is 47%. Not a bad number at all considering all things, but most certainly not 58% approval.
