Michael Pento is, to his credit, saying what most of the right-wing "cut taxes now" crowd won't say out loud. Those folks honestly believe that another Great Depression would be good for America. They favor generating a depression to "cleanse" the economy. It's nuts. But at least he is being honest.

Pento: The economy needs to go through a “severe, hopefully truncated, depression. Have it now, have it in the safest and quickest fashion so you can get onto a real and viable recovery.””
