The lengths some people will go to just to get welfare! They come over 10,000 years before they can even apply, and by that time, we'll have to round 'em all up and put 'em in special reservations.

came here because they didn't want the government to tell them how to practice religion. Not only did they get here after the native-Americans of course, but Saint Augustine was up and kicking and speaking the spanish.

But they didn't like the Dutch liberal influence on their children, even though Dutch Reformed Christianity was more to their liking.
So, the West India Company saw an opportunity. The only problem was that the Pilgrims weren't in much of a mood to pay back on the investments either. They were America's original deadbeats. They didn't buy that boat, you know.
